Static Maintenance Engineer
Location: Kensington
Salary: Up to £45k per Annum
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Urgently looking for an experienced engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider across a high-profile static contract in London. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and who is willing to assist on various jobs within the site with a happy to help manner.
Duties (Not limited to):- To ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health & Safety
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
- Respond to re-active works
- Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing when required
- Basic knowledge of fabric repairs
- Keep all documents/ logbooks up to date and correct
- Ensure great customer service around the site
- Purchase and resource equipment as well as schedule sub contractors when required.
Skills:
- NVQ/ City & Guilds Level 3
- City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspect would be desirable
- Experience in commercial settings
