Customer Service Advisor
Location: Blackburn
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Temp (12 months) possibility of perm
Salary: £21,775 per annum
Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a busy contract. They are looking for an organised individual to join there team.
Day to day duties for the Service Advisor will include (not limited to) :- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Action emails
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Respond to all suppliers/client/contractors' emails and file accordingly
- Chase up outstanding reports from engineers & clients etc
- Working towards SLAs
- Manage the completion process once works are carried out
- Ensure compliance and procedures are followed as directed
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
A level of security clearance would be required if successful
