Plumbing Supervisor
40k + Van , 3 month temp to perm
West London

Plumbing Supervisor required for large housing maintenance specialist with work covering West London postcodes. The ideal plumbing supervisor must have experience with leak detection and repair on social housing flats, liaising with the client, operatives and office regarding progress on jobs through their daily workload to completion within deadlines.

Daily you will be expected to manage a small team of plumbers and multi traders. The role is half office and half site based so supervisors will also need to have some PC skills to work with email, MS excel and word software packages. The jobs are a mixture of planned and reactive works on a large social housing maintenance contract covering NW,W and SW London postcodes.


This large organisation is growing at a steady but sustainable rate and already has 6 other contracts in and around the M25 for other housing associations and councils.
