CMS are a successful, independent recruitment company in Ashford specialising in placing contract & permanent staff throughout the UK.
Currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our team.
CMS can offer the successful applicants an in-house training programme, along with continued support and training to ensure their ongoing development and progression.
Duties would include:
- Providing support to recruitment consultants
- Chasing and inputting contractor timesheets
- Collecting and calibrating workers documentation
- Wide range of telephone work
- Speaking to contractors and clients with confidence
- Producing reports
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience within a fast paced administration role
- Be comfortable on the phone and talking to a variety of people
- Be Computer literate and have abilities within Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Have Information gathering and problem-solving skills
