Temp - Perm
8am - 5pm
30k p/a + Van
We are looking for two experienced multi-traders who will be working in Westminster and the immediate surrounding areas. Our client are looking for the right multi-traders to join their medium size maintenance company who are rapidly growing. The client has multiple sites across London and the South East and they currently look after the repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
Works for this role will include:- Painting complete rooms
- Plastering walls & ceilings
- Renewing bathrooms
- Renewing flooring (altro including weld joint)
- Renew kitchen sinks & units/work tops
- Renew FED
A driving licence is essential and a DBS check would be required.
