Location - Dartford
Salary £50,000-£60,000 per annum
Permanent Contract
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs
Working for a rapidly growing Facilities Management provider based in Dartford urgently looking to bring on an experienced Technical Manager within the expanding team.
Directly reporting into the Commercial Director with 3 other Admin staff to manage.
- To encompass the delivery of technical services strategy, key business objectives, financial management, control and the hands on maintenance management.
- Accountable for the operational management and delivery of facilities management services
- Ensuring correct equipment is used i.e. PPE, compliance and Health and safety is kept up to date and correct.
- Audits to be held regularly to ensure high standards met
Must have technical knowledge of Building Fabric Maintenance
