Working for a reputable outsourcing service provider, we are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team.
The main duties of the Operations Manager will include:
- Understand, identify and apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Internal and External
- Forecasting staffing needs, recruiting, training and performance management
- Manage Multiple contracts
- Generate reports to show productivity and performance
- Project manager a Scheduling platform
- Identify/ present areas to reduce business cost and boost efficiency of workforce
- Provide and implement ideas to assist with workforce efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
- Promote customer feedback and surveys
Essential:- Minimum of 2 years' experience results and improving operational capability in a service / dispatch / scheduling operations centre or similar function, including influencing geographically dispersed teams who may not have a direct reporting line.
- Understanding of service delivery in a mobile and scheduling environment.
- Can demonstrate experience in people management, process change, multiple contract management, problem solving and analysis, compliance control and target performance.
- Advanced Excel practitioner and proficient in Microsoft applications specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
