Call Handler
Location: Blackburn
Salary: Up to £22,000
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Long Term Temp (10 months approx.)
We are looking for a Call Handler to work on a fast-paced contract, who can prioritise work and work efficiently within a team environment based in the office.
You will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes.
Duties may include:- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging notes to internal systems
- Generic administration duties
A level of clearance would be required if successful due to the nature of the contract.
