HR Advisor
Location; Cambridge and travel to sites within the area
Permanent
Full time - Monday to Friday
Salary; from ££32,000 up to £35,000

A Leading Service Provider has a brand-new role working to support a Multi- Site contract based in Cambridge.

To deliver improvements in culture, change management, compliance and cost control. Working closely with the contract Management and operations team along with Unions and the client Reps. This role will encompass Salary reviews and performance management co-ordination, Recruitment support, attendance management, Monthly Data management, process and policies implementation and audits and training of Line management with best practice initiatives.
This role would suit an HR Advisor who has worked within a unionised environment. An advantage to display experience within a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously. Leading areas to display experience would be with Change Management, Commercial Acumen and the ability to have a practical approach to problem solving.
Will need to be a full UK driver
