Day Shift Helpdesk
Temp to Perm
Location - East London
Salary - £26,000 - £26,500 per annum
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off rotation - 7am to 7pm
Day Shift Helpdesk Operatives will be responsible for taking calls & finding out information needed to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule. As well as assisting with organising and coordinating the schedules.
Duties may include;- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Assisting with reports and invoices when required
- Chasing quotes and other admin duties
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Logging notes to internal systems
The ideal candidate
- Confident in giving great customer service
- A keen eye for detail and organisation
- Calm in a faced paced environment
- A background in customer service would be beneficial
