Senior Technical Services Manager
Leeds
Permanent
Monday to Friday- 40 hour
Salary; up to £55,000 + additional company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established FM company on a fast paced contract to provide successful delivery of maintenance services. Leading the maintenance teams ensuring technical performance and compliance.
Duties will include for the Senior Technical Services Manager will include (not limited to):- Lead the team to ensure service delivery
- Monitoring KPI's alongside the performance manager
- Providing technical guidance
- Reviewing financial performance of the contract ensuring budgets are met and savings where possible are made
- Ensuring compliance is monitored and maintained
- Keep records of building drawings and data sheets updated
- Ensuring you manage health and safety for the building, ensuring all in house teams, visitors and all building users follow site procedures
- In charge of monitoring site risk assessments, methos statements and policies.
- Ensuring that training for all staff
- Carry out or maintain key Authorised Person status, to the latest standards
- Develop PPM improvements
- Complete audits
- Work closely with the life cycle manager to ensure an effective programme of deliverable work is achieve
- Closely working with the project teams to provide technical knowledge.
Experience:
- Relevant HNC/D in a technical field or at least 5 years Management / Supervisory experience
- Extensive Health & Safety knowledge
- Management of service and maintenance contracts
- Experience of establishing and maintaining a PPM system
- Authorised Person qualified (Desirable)
- Experience of report production from a recognised CAFM system.
