Maintenance Electrician
Location: East London

Salary; £20-£22ph
Monday - Friday
Urgently looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider on a high-profile contract in East London.
Duties- The candidate will need up to date qualifications (18th edition) with at least Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent.
- Commercial experience is favourable.
- Fault find / carry out repairs / replacement/ upgrade works
- Understand design drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, manufacturers specifications and instructions
- Knowledge of PPM's & reactive repairs of all maintenance equipment
- L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc may be required when necessary
- Complete relevant paperwork required
- Follow H&S procedures and ensure company standards are met
