Catering Supervisor
Location - East London ( Stratford)
Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm
Salary - up to £21,500 per annum.
Temp to Perm
An excellent opportunity for a Catering Supervisor for a fast paced contract. We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as in a team, is reliable and can give instructions while thinking on their feet as well as staying calm under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have previous catering experience as well as food safety course.
Duties as the Caterer will include:- Ensure H&S, food hygiene & cleanliness are followed at all time
- Ordering stock as well as dealing with expenses or any issues in regard to stock.
- Supplying meals to people on site
- Preparation of food & keeping records of temperatures etc.
- Ensuring equipment is well maintained and stored correctly.
- Keeping areas clean/ equipment clean
If successful a level of clearance would be required.
