Caretaker / Maintenance Operative
Location: Oldham
Monday to Friday
Early & Late Shifts (6am early shift start time & 8pm Late shift finish time)
Salary up to £13.50ph
Temp with possibility of Perm
An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Caretaker to join their team.
Please note that the successful candidate will require a level of clearance due to the type of site.
Main Responsibilities for the role include:- Keyholder duties
- Carry out routine maintenance & PPM checks (fire alarms etc)
- Carry out minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing & electrical tasks (changing lightbulbs, unblocking drains etc)
- Carry out routine inspections of premises
- Liaise with cleaning team and assist when required
- Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
- Organise & maintain storage and supplies including deliveries
- Ensure urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible
- Follow and ensure H&S is always followed
