Handyperson / Caretaker
Location - Kingston Hill/Surbiton - 2 weeks on one location and then 2 weeks on the other
Monday to Friday
Shifts - 8am to 4:30pm one week and 10:30am to 19:00pm the other week.
Salary up to £23,000 pa
Temp to perm
An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Handyperson/ Caretaker.Main Responsibilities for the role include:
- Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
- Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
- Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
- Janitorial duties & ensuring cleaning is always to a high standard
- Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to
- Litter picking
- Fire Alarm Monitoring
- Electrical appliances check
- Legionella Flushing
- Emergency Lighting Test
- Stock take and cleaning of Maintenance stores
- Fire extinguishers checks on site
If successful you may be required to go through a security clearence
