Compliance & performance Manager
Leeds
Permanent
Monday to Friday- 40 hour
Salary; up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits package
25 days holiday + public holidays
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established FM company on a fast paced contract to provide the PFI contract with service delivery.
Duties for the Manager may include (not limited to):- Ensure contract is fully compliant with requirements, standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensure all records/ inspections are kept up to date, closed correctly.
- Ensure targets are being met & services are being delivered correctly.
- Manage the site asset management & improve standards.
- Lead audits and be main point of contact for compliance and performance for the contract.
- Wok with all departments required such as finance and commercial teams.
- Undertake Management duties such as HR investigations, performance meetings, disciplinary actions.
- Manage day to day contract performance, liaise with all helpdesk, subcontractors.
- Providing advice on Health & Safety issues
- Delivery of Compliance & Health & Safety updates for monthly Senior Management and Client meetings
Experience:- Commercial experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
- Strong knowledge of Excel, CAFM Systems & SAP
Successful candidates may be required to go through a level of clearance.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, candidates may be required to go through clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
