FM Account Manager
Location Woking
Salary from £40,000 up to £45,000 depending on experience
Car allowance up to 5k
Permanent and temp to perm options available
Monday- Friday- 37.5 hrs per week
Currently recruiting for a FM Account Manager who will be leading and managing an integrated service team to provide a wide range of services, together with controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract.
Specific Responsibilities/Duties Include:
- Manage service deliver to the client
- Responsible for managing the financial performance of the contract
- Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisation
- Accept targets for the teams and service delivery
- Monitor and develop team
- Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, service partners clients, and the public.
- Carry out audits and monthly compliance
- Deal with third party suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain the contract, company procedures and polices
- Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement
- Deliver projects to the customers' requirements, meeting specified timescales
- Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team
- Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team
- Providing the Client with compliance data
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing
- Collating WIP
- Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability
What we are looking for:
- Experience in CAFM, Finance and Intranet HR / Payroll Systems
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP
- Numerate, analytical and financially aware
- Good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
- Health & Safety awareness (in all aspects of the business)
- Clear understanding of EMS and its importance
