Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Reading on a fast paced contract.

As the Maintenance Scheduler you're responsible for the planning, coordinating and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes.
Duties for the Maintenance Scheduler may include;

• Logging and assigning jobs onto the system.
• Monitor and prioritise and dispatch work requests.
• Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
• Preparing and submitting reports to meet SLA's.
• Ensuring CAFM system is up to date and all tasks are completed or rescheduled within timeframes.
• Liaising with different departments/teams, subcontractors and engineers
• Logging notes to internal systems, recording data and keeping all info up to date.
• General admin duties and assistance for helpdesk team
