Energy Manager
Monday - Friday
Temp to Perm
Location: Blackburn
Salary up to £52,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an Energy Manager to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company for the North West.

Duties may include;

  • Responsible for the continuation of the energy management programme, actively working to achieve the annual energy reduction targets.
  • Knowledge of Science Based Targets (SBT), and Net Zero Carbon.
  • Conduct energy audits and identify energy savings opportunities and make suggestions to achieve more energy efficient operations and to meet targets.
  • Analyse existing building systems and collect data from HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and controls to determine energy usage and efficiency.
  • Review cost estimates, specifications, drawings, construction documents, maintenance repairs and modifications
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency & future development
  • Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
  • Ability to work to plans (method statements), read technical diagrams, and communicate, present and report technical information
