Multi Trader
Temp - Perm
Based in the Heathrow area
Circa £35,000
Van & Fuel Provided
Our client, a large maintenance company who look after a social housing contract, require a Multi Trader to join their busy team. The contract is covering Heathrow and surrounding areas.
You will need to be competent & happy to do all multi trade skills, including a knowledge of the below;
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Plastering
The post holder will undertake repairs and maintenance work in both occupied domestic properties.
- The successful Multi Skilled will be working from a from a PDA system where jobs will be allocated on a Reactive basis.
- Ensure completed works are done to a high standard and reported back to site management.
- Liaising with Tenants/ Residents
Please note for this position a full UK Drivers Licence is required and reference contacts will be requested upon application as well as information for a DBS check. Previous experience within social housing is advantageous.
