HR Business Partner- South
Circa £50k per annum + Car /Allowance + Bonus
Exciting new opportunity working for a Global Service Provider within a Dynamic HR Team. The HR BP will oversee a large portfolio across the South of England with the larger Sites mostly grouped together in the North supported by an HR Advisor. This role will be WFH with a day per week on site or an HQ in Salford
Duties
- To support and Empower the Ops Mgrs
- To Implement any change management initiatives.
- Mobilize projects and strategies
- To oversee the delivery of day to day HR and training activities such as dealing with employee relations issues, managing recruitment and selection, identifying training needs, ensuring required training is delivered and coaching the management population.
- Must engage with both internal and external stakeholders through driving business excellence,
- IR35 Compliance & GDPR
- Compliance , Contractual commitments, risk & Enhance Processes
- HR Generalist - Operational & Projects
Qual / Exp
- CIPD or equivalent
- Sound exp of HR & Training
- UK HR policies, best practice & UK Emp law
- Exp of developing apprentices and graduates
- Consulting within a blue-collar env
- Exp of multi site portfolio
