Location - Hybrid with requirements to travel into London and surrounding locations

Full time - Monday to Friday

Salary- £85,000 to £100,000 per annum

Call allowance - £6,100

We are recruiting for an operations Director on behalf of our client a leading and global Facilities Management Supplier. The role of Operations Director will involve being responsible for an A Region for delivery, H&S, People Management , Client Liaison and Financial and Commercial control to agreed targets.

Duties will involve;

• A Leader who has experience in multiple sectors of Industry
• P&L ownership for a portfolio of contracts delivering FM services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure compliance with statutory and Company practices across all service lines.
• Leading and directing Operations throughout the with continuous improvement
• Work with the Business Development Team to develop objectives, pipeline and specific opportunities

Who are we looking for?

• Significant experience operating at a Director level delivering FM - ideally in multiple sectors
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience of running P&L consisting of multiple clients / stakeholders

Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
