Helpdesk Administrator
Permanent
London: Whitechapel, Central London
Salary: Up to £25,000
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week
Our client is currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team. Our clint provides Building Services to their clients in commercial and property maintenance. The client is based closely to the Whitechapel area of central London. As the Helpdesk Administrator you're responsible for the planning, coordinating, and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes.
Duties for the Helpdesk Administrator may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Logging notes to internal systems
- Generic administration duties
- Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Monitoring CAFM system to ensure all tasks are being managed correctly and frequently updated.
- Analysis of job history/running reports.
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Providing a routine clerical and administrative support for engineers, invoice teams & contract supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
- Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant in line with the audit schedule.
