Call Handlers
Havant
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: £21,320 - £22,880 (Depending on experience)
Temp to Perm
Day to day duties (not limited to)
- Handling calls
- Allocating work to engineers
- Chasing progress updates
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Cross check all assignments
- Communicating with engineers on jobs/ materials required
- Manage the completion process once works are carried out
- Ensure compliance and procedures are followed as directed
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
