Location; Birmingham, travel will be across Birmingham, Dudley, Tamworth and Northampton.

A Leading Service Provider are looking to recruit a new HR Advisor to join a busy HR Team. This role will involve working an element of working from home mixed with travel across multiple sites across Birmingham and the surrounding area . This role will offer an HR Advisor a busy fast paced environment to work within with a varied workload in the support of a workforce in excess of 800 headcount.
To apply you will demonstrate experience within a generalist HR environment that includes ER , support ,education & Advice of HR Related matters to Operational line manager , adhere to correct Process / guidelines , involvement in reports and data , update and maintain HR Systems, input with onboarding of new staff , join a task force to support change and champion implementation. This role will suit someone who is a confident communicator , self-motivated with good time management to manage own workload ,ideally with a CIPD Qualification.
