Shift Handyperson / Fabric Engineers Needed
Location; Hounslow
Salary - up to £33,000 per annum
4 on 4 off - days and nights
Permanent
A driving licence would be beneficial but not essentialWe are working with a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on an exciting contract based in Hounslow looking for an experienced Handyperson to join the team.
Duties (not limited to)- Minor building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, tap flushing / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
- Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors
- Assisting engineers when required
- Always ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance
