Soft Services Account Manager
London
Temp to perm
Monday to Friday -40 hour week
Up to £55,000
We are currently working with a leading service provider who are looking for a Soft Services Account Manager to join their team.
Specific Responsibilities/Duties Include:
- Responsible for Security, reception, cleaning, portering and catering
- Profit and Loss Financial Management
- To meet the SLA in place
- Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Deliver projects to the customers' requirements, meeting specified timescales
- Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team
- Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team
- Providing the Client with compliance data
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing
- Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability
