Foot Mobile M&E Engineer
West London (Acton, Ealing,etc)
Monday to Friday - 40 hours
Salary - £35K - £40K depending on experience

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer to work on a high profile contract based within West London, Handling all maintenance issues within commercial environment mainly focusing on PPM'S.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical bias.
Duties as the Engineer will include:
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems
- Carry out routine PPM'S / inspect all mechanical / electrical equipment, knowledge of building plant equipment such as AHU's FCU's
- When required routine PPM'S such as emergency lighting tests, tap temperatures & fire alarm tests.
- There will be a variety of reactive jobs which may stem out of the above
- Reporting all faults, servicing and maintenance tasks and ensuring reports are submitted on time and correct.
Desirable
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - The successful candidate must have City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Experience in a similar role
