Technical Services Account Manager
Permanent
Monday - Friday
Salary: up to £65k + Car Allowance
Location: London
This role will oversee the FM Hard services provision of a clients multi use portfolio of buildings in London.
You will be responsible for the client relationship management as well as ensuring the Contractual Terms of the service is met in respect to Quality and Financial parameters.
You will need to display previous exposure to-
Technical Building Services related qualifications
Manage Control of an FM workforce leading in resource, strategy and Improvement initiatives
Financial, Contractual & Commercial acumen
Ensuring all QHSE are upheld
