Assistant Project Manager- Mobile
Location; South East England
Salary £35,000- £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + potential car allowance
Candidates must have a flexible approach to travelling around South East England
Urgently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist in the delivery of a variety of projects across the South West of England on behalf of a Multi-National Facilities management company.
Key responsibilities for the Assistant Project Manager but not limited to:
- Work with clients, developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and understand full scope of work with the desired outcomes.
- Take control of own workload as appointed by pm or head of projects
- Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome (within agreed budget requirements and required profit margin)
- Assist / ensure detailed and compliant tender process is in place
- Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project
- Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures
- Ensure project documents are complete, up to date, organised correctly as well as uploaded on correct systems.
- Show flexibility and innovation in project solutions throughout the project lifecycle to offer best results for the client & stakeholders.
- Organise quality audits and ensure quality metrics are captured and reported.
- Agree payment schedules and applications for payment
- Ensure pm is up to date and notified on current projects progress assisting in delivering a smooth handover once project is completed
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
