Decontamination Technician
Location: Portsmouth
Permanent
Salary up to £34k per Annum + Shift allowance
Days & Night Shifts
We are looking for a decontamination technician to deliver a highly professional service for our FM Provider based in Portsmouth in a large medical setting.
Duties
- Carry out routine weekly process control testing and maintenance of equipment
- Working on sterilizers, reverse osmosis plants, AER'S as well as ultrasonic cleaners and machines
- To work to the requirements detailed in HTM 2010, HTM 2030 & CFPP for testing of decontamination plant.
- Manage paperwork or reports as required
- Diagnose faults, repair and maintain complex equipment in line with HMT'S
Criteria
- City & Guilds HTM2010 in sterilizers
- City & Guilds HTM2030 washer disinfectors
A level of clearance would be required if successful.
