Static Shift Maintenance Electrician

Location: Portsmouth

Permanent

Salary up to £33k per Annum + Shift allowance

Days & Night Shifts

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to deliver a highly professional service for our FM Provider based in Portsmouth on a fast paced medical setting.

Duties

  • Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance
  • Repair and installation works
  • Physical fault finding as required
  • Carry out modifications and installations as and when required.
  • Complete any required paperwork and reports accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Check and inspection of electrical equipment (knowledge of AHU'S, FCU'S etc)

Criteria

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship
  • 17th/18th Edition
  • Previous experience in commercial environments
  • Knowledge of HTM'S
