Repairs Supervisor required for large housing maintenance specialist with work covering West London postcodes. The ideal multi trade repairs supervisor must have experience of managing up to 10 or more direct operatives through their dialy workload to completion within deadlines. Daily you will be expected to manage the existing labour, attend the more challenging jobs and support and train new staff. The role is half office and half site based so repairs supervisors will also need to have some PC skills to work with email, MS excel and word software packages. The repairs work being completed is all on a large social housing maintenance contract covering NW,W and SW London postcodes. This large organisation is growing at a steady but sustainable rate and already has 6 other contracts in and around the M25 for other housing associations and councils.
